The contract was very minimal and restricted to info the limitations of the law and the overall cost for the event - no specifics. In retrospect, maybe I should have came with more questions and demands for specifics but as any bride will tell you, we are spread thin between all our obligations, and for a lot of us, this is our first time getting married and we don’t always immediately know what to expect or ask for, and expect for the banquet hall to provide all the details. A client paying premium prices shouldn’t be on a hunt for information and details. I never had a confident grasp of what was included and excluded for the cost paid, I also felt like there was little to no flexibility on our options. Phone calls were never answered nor missed calls returned.
